I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
 > If your order confirmation is neither in your main inbox nor in your spam folder, contact us and we will check whether your contact details are incorrect.
When will my order be shipped?
 > We usually ship your orders within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the item. Some of our products, such as our vegetable wax candles, are made to order to avoid overstocking. As a result, preparation times may be longer. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
 What delivery services do you use?
> You can opt for home delivery, but also to a relay point. We work with La Poste, Mondial Relay, and Chronopost to deliver your orders. You can select the service at the checkout stage. We offer Mondial Relay delivery for purchases over €59.
What payment methods are accepted on Le sens des choses ?
> You can pay for your order by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express or PayPal.
What are the return conditions?
> If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your items by contacting us by email at contact@lesensdeschoses.co . We will refund the returned products to your original payment method. The items must not have been used or damaged.
How do I use my loyalty points?
 > You can convert your loyalty points into a discount coupon from 100 points. In your cart, next to "You have X points .", click on the "View" button and a pop-up will open. You will then have two options: the "Available coupons" button which groups together all your unused discount coupons and the "Use your points" button which will allow you to convert your loyalty points into a discount coupon!
